| Common Checkout Mistakes | ||
1. Entering Billing Information Incorrectly.
In step one of the checkout, customers are asked to fill out their billing information in the first field. If any of the billing information is entered different to how the credit card is billed, your transaction will be declined, so it is important that the name, street address, city, state, and zip are entered exact.
2. Incorrect CVV Number.
The CVV (Card Verification Value) Number also called a CVC (Card Verification Code) is a security feature for credit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards have a 3-digit number located on the back of the card to the right of the signature strip. They are the LAST three digits.
American Express cards have a 4-digit number on the front, just above your credit card number, towards the right.

3. Not Confirming Transaction in Checkout.
Customers are asked to fill out their billing, shipping, and credit card information. Customers are asked to review this information and then press "Submit". If the "Submit" button is not pressed, the transaction will not go through. After submitting your order during checkout you will see an order confirmation, if you do not see this number then your transaction has not gone through, you can either re-attempt the transaction, or call us at 1.866.836.4114 and a customer service representative will gladly help you.
